- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotions, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to most countries and regions worldwide.
If we are unable to ship to your location, we will contact you and provide a full refund if necessary.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 10–15 Business Days
- Canada: 10–15 Business Days
- Europe: 10–15 Business Days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 Business Days
- Other Countries: 10–20 Business Days

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.
We may offer:
- Free Shipping on qualifying orders
- Promotional shipping discounts
- Wholesale shipping rates for bulk orders
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Tracking updates may take several days to appear after shipment.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For certain shipping methods, customs duties and taxes may already be included.
For destinations where duties and taxes are not prepaid, customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or related charges imposed by local authorities.
Customs procedures may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will work with the carrier to investigate and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.
8. Shipping Insurance
Customers may purchase optional shipping insurance during checkout.
If shipping insurance is purchased and the package is:
- Lost in transit
- Confirmed undeliverable
- Held or confiscated by customs
we will provide one free replacement shipment at no additional cost.
Shipping insurance fees are non-refundable.
9. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:
- Incorrect addresses
- Incomplete addresses
- Unclaimed packages
- Refused deliveries
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
10. Returned Packages
Packages returned to us due to incorrect address information, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect may be eligible for reshipment after additional shipping fees are paid.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

- Severe weather
